INDIAN MEDIA COUNCIL (Reg.) values the trust and support of its donors and contributors. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any donation or contribution.

1. Donations

All donations made to Shri Ram NGO Trust are voluntary and intended to support our charitable, social, educational, spiritual, and community development initiatives.

2. No Refund Policy

Donations once made are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are immediately allocated towards our ongoing and planned charitable activities.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

In case of a duplicate donation, technical error, or incorrect amount debited, donors may contact Shri Ram NGO Trust within 7 days of the transaction date. Such cases will be reviewed, and a refund may be processed at the sole discretion of the Trust.

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

5. Event or Program Contributions

Any contribution made towards specific events, programs, or activities of Shri Ram NGO Trust is non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly.

6. Cancellation of Services

Shri Ram NGO Trust reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, program, or service due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be handled as per internal policies.

7. Tax Benefits

Once a donation receipt has been issued, the donation cannot be canceled or refunded, as it may be used for tax exemption purposes under applicable laws.
